The Dr. Richard Payne Graduate Fellowship

The National Socio-Environmental Synthesis Center (SESYNC) is accepting applications for the Dr. Richard Payne Graduate Fellowship, intended to recognize excellence in graduate students in the University of Maryland's College of Computer, Mathematical, and Natural Sciences (CMNS). Applications are due October 2, 2020.

Propose a Short Course
Deadline: Dec 31, 2021

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Please contact SESYNC prior to submitting a proposal.

The National Socio-Environmental Synthesis Center (SESYNC) supports short courses on topics relevant to socio-environmental systems, the synthesis process, data management and analysis, or cyberinfrastructure tools. Short-courses are typically 3–10 days in duration.
